Japanese Taiko Drumsticks, Bachi

This is a pair of vintage Japanese drumsticks, or bachi, made for playing traditional taiko drums. They are made of a lightweight, but strong wood and slightly rounded at the top to protect the surface of the drum when hit. These bachi are perfectly sized for playing a middle-ranged size drum.
