This is a vintage Japanese ceramic mask (omen) of Ebisu, one of the Seven Lucky Gods. It is yellow with red, black and white details. Ebisu is the god of wealth, fishing, and trade. It is a beloved and common symbol of luck and good fortune in Japan.
