Vtg Japanese Ceramic Green Tea Bowl

This is a vintage Japanese ceramic green tea bowl, Matcha Chawan. It is light gray with a white wavy pattern around it and a design of a black rising sun. This bowl is signed on the bottom. It is sturdy and easy to handle. Green tea bowls are traditionally used for preparing and drinking green tea during tea ceremonies but can be used in many scenes of modern everyday life.
