Vtg Japanese Iron Furin Wind Chime

This is a vintage Japanese iron wind chime (Furin), Tetsurin. This iron bell is designed after the bell of Todai-Temple. The haiku is written about the town of Nara. It can be used as a room decoration or an ornament.
