Vtg Japanese Ceramic Green Tea Bowl
This is a vintage Japanese ceramic green tea bowl, Matcha Chawan. It has a light brown crackle glaze with designs on top. It has two green half-circles with drips on the sides and dark brown designs on the front and back. This bowl is signed on the bottom. It is sturdy and easy to handle. Green tea bowls are traditionally used for preparing and drinking green tea during tea ceremonies but can be used in many scenes of modern everyday life.
